Why can't I use my free ticket?

Your Introductory Ticket is loaded onto your member account and can be redeemed on-site or online.

How do I redeem it online?

Log into your Member Hub and proceed with your booking as usual. On the ticketing page for your chosen general session, it will appear under the Member Tickets section.
Please note booking fees still apply when redeeming online.

Why isn't my ticket showing up for the session I want?

Complimentary tickets and vouchers may be restricted from certain sessions. These include sessions within the "No Free Ticket" (NFT) period (typically the first two weeks of a film's release), Special Events, Film Festival sessions (marked with "FF" in the session title), Platinum or upgrade sessions, alternative content, Public Holidays, and sessions after 5pm Friday or after 2:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
