How do I set up my Member Hub for the first time?

Visit the sign-in page and click Create Your Password. Enter the email registered to your account and a password creation link will be sent to your inbox.

How do I reset my existing password?

Visit the login page and click Forgot your password? - a reset link will be sent to your nominated email address.

I still can't log in but need to book now - what are my options?

Quote your membership number or phone number at the box office instead, and staff can pull up your account.
