How can I upgrade?

Select the Upgrade button in your Member Hub.

How can I renew? 

Paid members can renew from two months before expiry, by selecting the Renew button in your Member Hub. You can also set up auto-renew in the Member Hub - see here for details.

What are the benefits of upgrading to a paid membership?

Two discounted tickets per visit (for you and 1 guest), a complimentary ticket as a thank-you for signing up, and 10 loyalty points for every $1 spent.

Can I change my club (e.g. to Student or Golden Club) at the same time?

Yes! You can manage a club change directly from the same renewal screen. See "How do I switch my membership club?" for more information.

Will I need a new physical card?

No - your current card still works even if you change tiers or clubs.
