How do I switch my membership club (e.g. to Student or Golden Club)?

Present a valid form of ID or student card to our team in person on your next visit.

Can I do this myself online?

Yes, premium members can change clubs when renewing - from two months before your membership expires, renew by logging into the Member Hub and selecting the gold RENEW button, and you can manage the club change there.

Do I need a new card if I switch clubs?

No, your current card will still work.

What's the age requirement for Golden Club?

Golden Club is for members aged 60+.
