How do I book for a large group or hire a cinema?

For cinema hires or groups of 30+, contact our Functions team directly rather than booking online.
If your booking is less than 30, please follow regular booking procedure, online or at the Box Office. 

What can our Functions team help with?

Children's parties, corporate events, group bookings (30+), fundraising events, private screenings, and school bookings.

What's included in a cinema hire?

Exclusive use of a screen, your choice of film (pick from our selection of new releases, classics, or foreign language film), plus additional food and beverage packages, bar offerings, catering, and function spaces available.

What about children's parties?

We offer function spaces perfect for a pre- or post-film celebration, along with food and beverage offerings.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend a minimum notice period of two weeks.

Are there any timing restrictions?

Cinema hires aren't available Saturdays post 4pm.
