How do I check if I have auto-renew set up?

Log into your Member Hub and under My Membership on the left, under your membership barcode you'll see "Expires on [date]". Next to that, it will say either Setup Auto Renew or Manage if it's already set up.

How do I change my auto-renew settings?

Click Manage or Setup Auto Renew, then use the toggle to turn auto-renewal on or off, and add or remove card details.

Can Palace Cinemas set this up for me?

No, for financial security reasons, auto-renewal can only be set up or changed by members themselves, not by our team on your behalf.

Does this apply to the free memberships tier?

No, auto-renewal settings apply to paid memberships only. Free memberships renew automatically each year.
