Where can I find my tickets?

Retrieve your tickets anytime online using the Booking Retrieval Portal (online bookings only).

How do I retrieve them?

Visit the booking retrieval page, enter the mobile number used when booking, and you'll receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via text.

Where do I find my tickets once I've entered the OTP?

Your most recent bookings will appear - click Download Ticket on the right-hand side of the screen to download them.

I checked my email too and still can't find it.

Check your junk/spam folder, but retrieval via mobile number and OTP is the fastest way to access your tickets.
