How do I book with a Companion or Carer Card?

Palace proudly honours both Companion Cards and Carer Cards, though they work a little differently.

How does a Companion Card work?

To book a complimentary companion ticket in person, present your government-registered Companion Card at the box office. To book online, email your membership number, phone number, and a copy of your card to customercare@palacecinemas.com.au to have online companion booking capability added to your membership. Limit one companion ticket per card, per booking.

How does a Carer Card work?

We offer discounted $11 tickets for carers on most standard sessions. Present your government-registered Carer Card at the box office and our team will assist you. Limit one Carer ticket per card, per booking.
